Really disappointed in how things have gone recently. Loved this place when it first opened but there have been a lot of changes and it just doesn't feel the same. Instructor departures, half-full classes — something's off.

Came back to exercise after a two-year break and this studio made it feel completely safe and exciting. The instructors modified everything for my level and never made me feel behind. Truly the best re-entry into fitness I could have asked for.

The late cancel policy is extremely punitive — $35 for canceling 10 hours before class due to an emergency. Workout is fine but the policies and the way customer service handled my complaint left a lot to be desired.

Mixed feelings. The best classes here are legitimately 5 stars. But there's a significant gap between the senior and newer instructors. If you can specifically book the veterans, do — otherwise it's pretty average.

Average experience for the price point. Some instructors are excellent, others are just okay. The studio is clean and well-equipped but I expect more personalization at this price.
