Rowan's Saturday class was exactly what I needed. She modified for my lower back without making me feel singled out, and still gave me a seriously challenging workout. Phenomenal instructor.

Really solid studio. The reformer Pilates format works so well — challenging but low impact so my joints feel great. I come about 3x a week and have noticed a huge improvement in my overall fitness.

Fantastic workout and amazing instructors. Parking can be tricky depending on the time of day but once you're inside the studio is beautiful and the class is totally worth the hassle.

So happy this studio opened nearby. Modern equipment, excellent instruction, and a genuinely welcoming vibe. The instructors take extra time with newer clients which I really appreciate.
