I really wanted to love this place. The equipment is great and the concept is solid, but the management feel has really declined. Class sizes feel too big now and instructors are stretched thin.

Good not great. The equipment is pristine and the studio looks beautiful. But over the past couple of months the class experience has felt more transactional. Less of the community feel that made me sign up.

The late cancel policy is extremely punitive — $35 for canceling 10 hours before class due to an emergency. Workout is fine but the policies and the way customer service handled my complaint left a lot to be desired.

My friend dragged me to Xena's class and now I'm going three times a week. The reformer work she programs is so smart — feels challenging but you never feel like you might injure yourself.

Excellent experience overall. The reformers are top quality and the instructors clearly love what they do. The front desk check-in process is a little slow during peak hours but that's genuinely the only thing I'd flag.
