If you're on the fence, just try one class. You'll be hooked. The workout is challenging in all the right ways and the instructors make everyone feel welcome regardless of fitness level.

The late cancel policy is extremely punitive — $35 for canceling 10 hours before class due to an emergency. Workout is fine but the policies and the way customer service handled my complaint left a lot to be desired.

Took a class with Remi on a whim and she completely sold me on this studio. So motivating without being overwhelming, and her cueing is genuinely the best I've experienced.

Mixed feelings. The best classes here are legitimately 5 stars. But there's a significant gap between the senior and newer instructors. If you can specifically book the veterans, do — otherwise it's pretty average.
