JetSet HQ has greenlighted the Pro50 format and Premier Holdings will be among the first franchisee groups to launch. Florida studios go first in August — Sunset Harbour, West Boca, and West Palm Beach are confirmed for the pilot week. NJ studios follow in September. Instructor training is mandatory before launch; schedule is in Training & Development. Reach out to Priya with any scheduling conflicts.

Per JetSet HQ directive, all studios must upgrade to the white spring set on every reformer by end of Q3. Budget has been approved at the Premier Holdings level — no studio-level purchase needed. FL studio deliveries are scheduled for the week of July 14; NJ and SC the week of July 28. Your studio manager will receive a delivery confirmation email. Log any installation issues in the maintenance system immediately.

Midtown Nashville is tracking ahead of our pre-opening targets with 118 pre-sale members locked in. Marcus will be on-site for grand opening weekend. Studio managers in FL and NJ: if any of your members travel to Nashville, please brief them on the sister studio — we want to drive cross-location visits from day one.

Montclair currently has 5 open maintenance items including 3 urgent reformer issues. We are tracking this closely. All studio managers should use this as a reminder to log issues in the maintenance dashboard as they happen — do not let items stack. Vendors should be contacted within 48 hours of an urgent issue being logged. Montclair update expected by Friday.

We're running a network-wide referral push for summer. Effective July 1, the member referral credit at all Premier Holdings studios increases from $30 to $40. Front desk teams must update their scripts before July 1. Priya will send the updated language via email this week. The digital referral flow in Mindbody updates automatically — no action needed on the backend.

Both Woodcliff Lake (NJ) and Delray Beach (FL) are now fully operational and appearing in the network dashboard. Woodcliff Lake opened January 27 and Delray Beach opened April 10. Studio managers in neighboring locations — please connect with these teams as they ramp. Share what's working and help them avoid early mistakes. A strong opening month sets the tone for retention.

Studios operating a reduced schedule on July 4 must have all changes entered in Mindbody by Saturday June 28. Members should receive an email notification no later than July 1. If you're closing for the full day, coordinate with your lead instructor on sub coverage for the following day — demand typically spikes on July 5.
